3. Geographic location information for the purpose of reporting your location or vehicle location to our system and allowing our dispatch to perform vehicle assignment or assistance to customers when they call and ask for driver/protocol location.

Anonymous Data Collection and Use
To maintain the high quality of our Web site, we may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Web site by identifying which areas of the Web site are most used, and to display content according to your preferences. This is essentially “traffic data” that cannot identify you personally, but is useful to us for marketing purposes and to improve our services. Benz Driver cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce the law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to investigate, respond to and defend against claims, for legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Benz Driver or a third party, to protect Benz Driver from liability, for the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, fraudulent, abusive or legally actionable activity, to protect the security or integrity of the Services we provide and any equipment used to make the Service available, or to comply with the law.
Submission, Storage, Sharing and Transferring of Personal Data
The personal data you provide to us is stored internally or through a data management system. Only those who assist in obtaining, managing or storing that information, or who have a legitimate need to know that personal data (i.e. our hosting provider, newsletter provider, payment processors or team members) will have access to your personal data.

Benz Driver is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. We employ administrative and electronic measures designed to adequately protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful forms of processing of Personal Information in our possession. Please note that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the Personal Data you provide to us from misuse, disclosure or unauthorized access. We only share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who use the same level of care in processing your Personal Data.

In determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of services requested by you or provided to you, the nature and duration of our relationship with you, potential re-enrollment in our services, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete any information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.
1. In addition to the information stored locally on the customer’s own devices, all personal customer information provided to and held by Benz Driver, including name, email address and phone numbers are kept strictly confidential.
2. All vehicle GPS information is deleted 6 months after the invoice date.
3. All personal information, and GPS tracking information are removed from calendar events, applications and shared documents accessible to drivers and other third parties involved in the Product/Service delivery 24 hours after the end of the service.
4. Credit card information is not stored by Benz Driver on any database server but by payment platforms configured with the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS), and developed for merchants by the PCI Security Standard Council to ensure the continued protection of credit cards.
The PCI Security Standards Council offers:
1. Standards and supporting materials to improve the security of payment card data.
2. A framework of specifications, tools, measures and supporting resources to help organizations ensure the secure handling of cardholder information at every step.
3. The PCI DSS which provides a framework for action to develop a robust payment card data security process, including the prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents.
Benz Driver will not share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Benz Driver unless we have a good faith belief that access, use, retention or disclosure of that information is reasonably necessary to:
a) Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
b) Enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of possible violations thereof.
c) Detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
d) Protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Benz Driver, its customers or the public, as required or permitted by law.
Benz Driver may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of customers who traveled to or from a particular location, for example, or how many customers clicked on a particular offer. This information does not identify the customer individually.
In as much as Benz Driver has developed an implementation of the Google Maps (Maps) API for use by Customers in obtaining Benz Driver’s products and services, Benz Driver agrees to adhere to the following:

Benz Driver agrees that content provided to Benz Driver through the Google Service may contain the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features of Google, its partners or other third party rights holders of content indexed by Google.
Benz Driver agrees to include and display the “powered by Google” attribution (and/or any other attribution) required by Google as described in the Maps APIs documentation) conspicuously on the page, in close proximity and adjacent to the Service’s search box and Google search results. If Benz Driver uses the standard Google search control, or the standard Google search control form, this attribution will be automatically included, and Benz Driver agrees not to modify or hide this automatically generated attribution.
Benz Driver understands and agrees that Google has the right and discretion to determine whether Benz Driver complies with the above requirements.
How you can access, update or delete your personal data
You have the right to:
1. Request information about how your personal data is used and request a copy of the personal data we use.
2. Restrict processing if you believe the Personal Data is inaccurate, unlawful or no longer needed.
