What airport transfer services do you offer?
We offer three types of service: airport pickup (from arrivals to your hotel or destination), airport drop-off (from your accommodation to the airport in time for your flight), and hourly or daily chauffeur service if you need a driver at your disposal during your stay in Bogotá.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will meet the passenger at the international arrivals exit area of El Dorado International Airport (BOG), holding a personalized name sign for easy identification.
Full pickup instructions, including the driver’s contact information and vehicle details, will be sent prior to arrival.
What happens if my flight has been delayed?
If you’ve provided your flight number, we’ll monitor your flight and adjust your driver’s arrival time accordingly.
When you’ve booked our Bogotá Airport Transfer services, your booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time on arrivals, so your driver will still be there to meet you without additional charges (within this period).
What happens if my flight arrives earlier than scheduled?
If you’ve added your flight number, we’ll track your flight and, where possible, adjust your driver’s arrival time to match your early landing.
This helps ensure your driver is there as close to your arrival time as possible.
Do you track delayed flights?
Yes. We monitor all incoming flights in real time and automatically adjust the driver’s arrival time in case of delays or early arrivals.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes. English-speaking drivers are available upon request for international business travelers and executive clients.
Do you offer armored vehicles?
Yes. Armored executive vehicles are available upon request for clients requiring additional security and protection during their stay in Bogotá.
